What information this site handles.
This notice explains the site's current data handling in plain language.
Effective date:
Contact form data
When the contact form is enabled, it will ask for a name, email address, company, and message, with optional budget and timeline information. That information will be used to evaluate and respond to the inquiry.
The site's delivery mode is configured intentionally. It may send the inquiry by email or, during the proof of concept, capture it in a secured external logging system operated as a temporary inquiry store.
Server logs
The server records operational details such as timestamp, request ID, request method, matched route, response status, and request duration. These logs support reliability and security investigation.
Normal production request logs are designed not to include contact-message bodies, cookies, authorization values, or other sensitive headers.
When the explicit secure inquiry-capture mode is enabled, one separate error-stream record contains the submitted name, email address, company, message, optional budget and timeline, request ID, and inquiry ID. The deployment operator is responsible for securing that external log destination and applying its retention and deletion policy.
Analytics
No analytics service or third-party tracking script is currently enabled. If that changes, this notice and the site's security and cookie behavior must be updated before the analytics code is deployed.
Cookies
The contact form sets a narrowly scoped, short-lived security cookie to protect submissions against cross-site request forgery. It is not used for advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking.
Data retention
Contact submissions and related delivery records may be retained as part of business correspondence, to respond to inquiries, to protect the site, and to resolve operational or security issues.
A deployment using the secured logging system relies on that external system to enforce access restrictions and deletion policy. No specific deletion period is promised by this notice.
Questions about retained contact information or requests concerning it may be sent using the privacy contact method below.
No fixed deletion schedule has been established for contact-form submissions or related delivery records. This notice therefore does not promise deletion after a particular period.
